About — Popsley
Our story

We're building what families actually need.

Popsley was born from a simple frustration: families caring for aging parents deserve better tools than a WhatsApp group. We're here to change that.

Our mission

Give every family the coordination they deserve.

53 million Americans are providing unpaid care to an aging parent right now. Most of them are doing it across group chats, sticky notes, and memory — using tools designed for sharing holiday photos to manage life-or-death decisions.

The consequences are real. 125,000 people die every year from home medication errors. 1.5 million preventable errors happen annually. Not because families don't care, but because they have no system.

Popsley's mission is to give every caregiving family a private, reliable coordination system — one that works when the stakes are highest and makes the daily work lighter every day between crises.

"The problem isn't that families don't care. It's that they're trying to coordinate something life-critical with tools designed for something else entirely."

01
Trust over features

No ads. No data selling. No pharmacy kickbacks. We make money when families subscribe — full stop.

02
Built for the crisis

Every design decision starts from the worst moment. If it doesn't work at 2am in an ER, it's not good enough.

03
Human first

Technology should reduce stress, not add to it. Simplicity is a feature. Calm is a feature.

The founder

Built by someone who understands what's at stake.

I've watched families nearly lose someone they love in an emergency room because nobody could recall the right medication at the right moment. The information existed — scattered across hundreds of messages on multiple phones, in nobody's head all at once.

In those waiting rooms, one thing became clear: the problem was never that families didn't care. Everyone cared deeply. The problem was that coordinating something this important requires a system — and nobody had built the right one.

I spent years working in tech, watching beautiful consumer apps get built for every conceivable problem. But this one — arguably the most important coordination challenge millions of families face — was being handled with group chats and crossed fingers.

Popsley is my answer to that. Not just an app — a commitment to the families doing the hardest job most of us will ever have.
